This study is being conducted by Syracuse University under sponsorship from the National Science Foundation (NSF), a federal agency which promotes the progress of science and engineering. We are collecting information about the educational goals and needs of veterans, service persons, and their families. This survey will ask a series of questions about your connection to the military, prior education, academic interests, goals, needs, and demographics. This information will only be used to better design, develop, and evaluate educational policies, programs, and services.
Your response to the first question of this survey is required to determine the course of subsequent questions. Response to all questions is voluntary, and you may skip questions that you do not wish to answer, or you may stop the survey at any time. The information that you provide is collected anonymously. No personally-identifiable information will be requested, and all collected information will be stored and analyzed in a confidential fashion.
